FREE SATURDAY WORKOUTS
Central Bucks CrossFit now offers FREE workouts every Saturday at 11am. Anyone is welcome to come, and we don't mind if you come to more than just one! Certified CrossFit coaches will be on hand to provide instruction, help you through the workout, and answer any questions you have. This is your opportunity to see what CrossFit is all about!
The workouts will be scalable to any fitness levels, so don't worry if you aren't in shape yet. We design the free workouts for newbies and understand that you may not have worked out in a while. That's ok! We're happy to help you take the first step towards getting back in shape...or getting in shape for the first time! All you have to do is show up!
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for working out as well as athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and be well hydrated before the workout. It's also a good idea to eat something an hour or two before you come. Check our schedule for updates or contact us if you have any questions.
