The CrossFit Elements workshop is designed to teach and acclimate each client to the various skills and exercises included within our CrossFit program. It consists of (3) - 1 to 1 1/2 hour workshops focusing on the staples of our CrossFit classes. The length of each workshop will depend upon the client(s) learning curve of the movements. At the end of each session you will perform a workout using the movements taught in that class so you can get a sense of what one of our group classes is like.
